Residents and Friends, 

 

I hope you and your families are well. 

 

I have been involved with Suburban EMS for over 30 years and have never experienced anything as emotional or as challenging as the current COVID-19 crisis.  I am impressed by both our EMS staff and our Leadership Team who have risen to the occasion for everyone involved. 

 

The professionalism and resilience of our EMS and transportation staff is incredible. I am very proud of all of them as they work to take care of our communities. Please thank them, if you see them. 

 

On behalf of Suburban EMS, I want to assure everyone in our coverage area that Suburban EMS is and will continue to provide 911 service as we have in the past to all the communities we serve. 

 

Suburban EMS has been following CDC, WHO and PA DOH recommendations/best practices for healthcare providers the past several weeks now.  We have been informing our crews of the changes that take place sometimes daily. 

 

As always, the residents and visitors of the communities we serve are our number one priority.
